Jeff, here is the result of the ping from my blueonyx box

[root at ns1 ~]# ping -M do -s 1464 smtp.mm.gmexico.com

My conclusion is that the remote server is blocking de incoming ICMP so
there is no way we can retrive the mail from this server.

I just talk to the other side to find out a solution.

I will keep the progress.
