I have switch suphp off and on a lot of times, and that do not change anything.

With susphp disabled:
the site works and uses the php 5.2.17 from solar speed

With suphp enabled:
The site do not work, and switch between using the on board 5.1.16 or the solarpseed 5.2.17 with these errors

I only have software for solar speed on this server, so no, no third  party php 

any other thoughts?
