That's fine, but the Solarspeed PHP also needs /etc/thirdparty_php

So please check if that file exists on your server and if it contains the 
following information:
 
# Location of the third party PHP's php.ini config file:
/home/solarspeed/php/etc/php.ini

If that file is not present, create it and add those two lines of text. Then - 
when you enable suPHP for a site - it'll use the right php.ini for that Vsite.
