I' ve found the solution.

Reviewing the mail log I've found tha the message stuck with the error
usally is a shared server check the "relay=servername.xxx" then go toedit
the file located in etc/mail/acess and add the line


Try_TLS:servername.xxx NO

it solves the issue, hope it helps
