I've been using gandi.net for the last 5-6 years now and never had any issues 
with them. The prices are fair, there is hardly a TLD they don't offer and 
what little work needs to be done (new registry, transfers or managing 
domains) can easily be done in a clean an slick web interface. So they sure 
get my thumbs up.

I just had to renew a NetSol domain (one of the buggers that so far failed to 
transfer to Gandi because NetSol always finds reasons to not let it go) and 
had to click through several advertisement ridden pages and had to untick 
quite a few checkboxes with extras I didn't want. When I see crap like that, 
then I'm even more convinced that Gandi's "no bullshit (tm)" slogan is spot 
on. ;-)
