There is no GUI on this server. You can manage it through the web 
interface you already discovered. You also can add packages using this 
interface. If you want more control, you can use the terminal prompt.

A gui interface on the server itself is not wat most people are looking 
for when they administer a server that's located in a datacentre far away.

Yes, you can. Usernames must be unique throughout the server, that is 
correct, but for each user you can define email aliases. That way, you can 
have p.e. a info at domaina and a info at domainb on the same server.
