Can you move the file paths of your scripts, to the "WEB\" folder:
/home/.sites/70/site4/product_list.csv
& /home/.sites/70/site4/update_products.php
vs
/home/.sites/70/site4/web/product_list.csv
& /home/.sites/70/site4/web/update_products.php
?
