Hello Adam,

It would be a nice start to have a look at the maillogs on the server at your client's office. You can trace 1 of the mails in the logs and see where it is delivered. (Or not delivered offcourse)

Some other thoughts:
Is your client's office server "looking" at the same nameservers as the SMTP server at your ISP maybe? If so maybe the domain is in the nameservers wrong or should not be present altogether. (Did the domain transfer from this ISP to you/other registrar recently)

I have the feeling that your 5106R server is totally fine.
