[BlueOnyx:09564] Re: certain email doesn't arrive for a particular domain

Thanks Hans -- please note that emails I send from my own Outlook, using my
ISP's SMTP, suffer the same problem.
I look at MailWatch just after the message is sent - and it's not there.
I sent dozens of emails a day, with no other problems of this type.

Hello Adam,

It would be a nice start to have a look at the maillogs on the server at
your client's office. You can trace 1 of the mails in the logs and see where
it is delivered. (Or not delivered offcourse)

Some other thoughts:
Is your client's office server "looking" at the same nameservers as the SMTP
server at your ISP maybe? If so maybe the domain is in the nameservers wrong
or should not be present altogether. (Did the domain transfer from this ISP
to you/other registrar recently)

I have the feeling that your 5106R server is totally fine.

Good luck.
