Yes, I understand that. That's why I wrote: "Is your client's office server "looking" at the same nameservers as the SMTP server at your ISP?"

Ken Marcus made the same assumption just some moments ago.

But it still would be wise to also have a look at the logs on your clients server if you have access to that machine. The mails have to end up somewhere.......
