Change the last CNAME,
"www.mtbe.co.uk" = CNAME -> "mtbe.co.uk"
Use A records.

>From "/etc/mail/virtusertable" the entry "@mtbe.co.uk  %1 at www.mtbe.co.uk".
Once it tries to forward to this CNAME (@www.mtbe.co.uk) is gets stuck in
an eternal loop.

Remember CNAMES really are evil!
