Just noticed that this bug still exists when modifying the websites main
domain name (and path). If you change the sites domain name PHP will be
turned off while checkbox is still enabled in the GUI.
Not a great deal but maybe it is a small fix.

Ah, found it. Thank you. That discussion was during my holiday, where I
didn't follow the list that closely. So I must have missed it back then.

Yeah, the fix was already published to the YUM repositories two days ago. So
it's all good.
