Is this box fully YUM updated?

During one of the recent base-vsite and base-email updates (a few weeks ago) I
added provisions to call the two webscripting related handlers also during
Email alias changes. One of these handlers adds just the PHP flags and the
other one adds the lines for PHP, CGI and SSI support in general.

So as far as I know this should be fixed. But I'll check again and will see if
I can replicate the problem.
