Thank you! Yes, I have now used this to sort out which NIC is used for LAN and WAN. I first had to sort out a MAC conflict with this Dell that I had installed Mac OS X onto, then migrated my user profile over to another Hackintosh (for some reason, the HWADDR carried over to this new machine).

So now I have my Gig NIC on LAN, but the hardware address reported in the GUI is still incorrect.
