[BlueOnyx:14155] mail_max_userip_connections

Hi all,
Getting a error setting up the newer android phones.
Dec 24 00:19:45 fs dovecot: imap-login: Maximum number of connections 
from user+IP exceeded (mail_max_userip_connections): user=<xxxxx>, 
method=PLAIN, rip=6.6.11.20, lip=20.14.20.8, TLS

Also the android does not see all the folders (labels)
Any ideas where to look and adjust?
