[BlueOnyx:13337] GUI says mysql is NOT running but it is running.

GUI Says

MySQL connection cannot be established. Please check the settings under 
'Network Services' / 'MySQL Config' first. Also see if MySQL is running.
Stopped and restarted. Same thing

If I go into a vsite all the mysql stuff is disabled (unchecked etc.).




Command prompt says

[root at cabin2 admin]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysqld status
mysqld (pid  17519) is running...

Stopped and restarted.
Same thing in the GUI.






Ideas?
