Dell is going to be windows centric on that. You can clear the logs from within the BIOS which is probably going to be a lot easier than going down the OM road.
You'd end up installing a client and then a management console somewhere else.

Dell: say that the best way to access & clear the hardware logs...
'is to install server administrator and clear from the logs tab.'

Q: So how do I install their 'server administrator' ?
...I can download it to my regular PC, and copy that to a USB-Stick, then put that in the servers USB socket ?
...but what then, how do I install it onto the server ?
...and how do I access it on the server ?
