Ive seen this before.

There is a bug when you disable and enable email, 

On 5106 and on some 5107 when you reeneable email the instructions to disable email on that acciunt are kept

So you have to manually delete it from /etc/mail/access 
And issue athis command as root on /etc/mail

 m4 access > access.db
