[BlueOnyx:18734] cmuImport Error

I am trying to cmuimport from a 5208R VPS to a 5209R vps use this
/usr/sbin/cmuImport -d /home/restore/ -i x.x.x.x -n www.mydomain.com

And get this
Reading config file: /etc/cmu/cmuConfig.xml
Cannot find cmu.xml in /home/restore/
