Thanks for the reply Michael. 

Both of these sites are part of our original customer base and date back to when we first started on RAQ3. I suppose in those days, things were a bit looser. 

But this is one of a couple of issues that other people may need to be aware of if they are contemplating doing a migration to 5208R. We also found that users who were originally created on a RAQ (pre BlueOnyx), it created the user but did not migrate any of their mail. Web and User sites also change their path in the migration, so if some programmer has used the old absolute path in their php configuration file, it will break. Again not something that we would expect to be fixed, but something for the wider community to be aware of. And today, a non technical person turned on the Milter-Greylist setting in AV-SPAM and it promptly stopped all outgoing mail. 

Unfortunately we were not in a position to test the migration before it happened. We appreciate the effort that was put in to keep us up and running (and I will happily give Chris @ Virtbitz a reference any day). We also appreciate this forum and the easy access it gives us to people who know how BlueOnyx works.
