Hi Tom,

You can ignore that. The RPM database is the ultimate authority about
installed RPMs. YUM uses it. Our PKG installation mechanism uses it. You
can use it by installing/removing RPMs with the "rpm" command itself.

Someone at RedHat thought it a good idea to throw in a warning like this
if you install/remove RPMs via any other way than YUM.
