[BlueOnyx:18093] Email and Roundcube Issues

Having issues with email getting this error:

macro "b"!.  Please add it to confMILTER_MACROS_ENVRCPT for better 
spamassassin results

Roundcude 1.1.2 just spins and times out and not able to send
