Dang. That's a pretty stupid bug Samsung hasn't done itself a favour there.

That's pretty bad. But we can't do anything on our end to mitigate that
either. The only other work around I could think of would be not to use
SSL for SMTP and/or IMAP connections on the Samsung device, which isn't
really a solution either.
