[BlueOnyx:19444] AV-SPAM problem

I have been having email on a server with AV-SPAM.

 

The log have many likes like:

Apr 10 19:41:04 ct spamass-milter[7024]: Thrown error: pipe error: Too many
open files

 

Everything is getting rejected with try again later.

 

Had anyone else seen this? The funny part is this is a dedicated server with
only one domain and like 15 users. It should not be heavily loaded at all.
