Never mind...

Turned out to be a rule in the 7x.1x2.59.64/28 router blocking port 25 
except to the old subnet. It was there because of spam bots on 
non-compliant user's computers.

Sorry to clutter the list and even think it could possibly be a BlueOnyx 
issue!
