Hmm ... what black/block list is that?

The spamass-milter and clamav-milter are toggled on/off when you enable
the respective parent services.

Enabling SpamAssassin will enable "spamassassin" and "spamass-milter.

Enabling Clam AV will enable "clamd" and "clamav-milter".
