[BlueOnyx:18921] New GUI Error - Email Forwarding

I am receiving the following error message as soon as I attempt to enter
more than one email address in the email forwarding box for a user account.
  It appears to happen on all of my 5208R installations.  Since this was
functional before, I am suspecting an update might have broke something?

*The form could not be submitted as it contained one or more errors. Please
review all tabs of this form to see if any of your input raised an error
message*.

The error also appears on user accounts that already have multiple entries
in the email forwarding box previously.
