Are you hitting http://www.example.com or http://example.com from the
browser? Seems similar to a problem we have on a pair of 5208R machines.
The sites are created as www.example.com, with an alias in the gui
service/web for example.com. At some point, some of the aliases stopped
working.

Browsing to http://www.example.com works, but browsing to
http://example.com uses the first vhost. The serveralias line was
missing from the .conf file in the /etc/httpd tree.

We used the gui to remove the server alias, hit 'save', re-added the
alias, hit 'save' again. That restored the serveralias line in the .conf
file, and of course at that point browsing to http://example.com works
again.
