Stopped/disabled Memcached from the GUI
Installed updates (yum update).
Started it, still had old/original settings.
Stopped (disabled), then re-enabled changing 64MB to 256MB
and it updated the /etc/sysconfig/memcached file to show
the correct options and attached only to localhost (127.0.0.1)

On a second server, stopped memcached through GUI, ran yum update
re-enabled memcached and the /etc/sysconfig/memcached file updated
correctly but memcached was not bound to localhost (still open). Stopped
and re-strated again and it bound to localhost.
