[BlueOnyx:19838] New 5209 load give 404 not found

Just loaded a new 5209 server (to replace an older box)
and after going through the initial setup, was getting ready
to start installing software.  Told it to install the NewLinq
and now everything I try from the web gives "404 not found"
and the error logs say:
AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /usr/sausalito/ui/web/error

Have three sites down while trying to get this box online...
