Ok another update today had to reboot every VPS
tried these commands
/usr/sausalito/sbin/avspam_init.pl -restart
failed to restart all

Next
/sbin/service sendmail stop
killall -9 sendmail
/sbin/service clamd restart
/sbin/service clamav-milter restart
/sbin/service spamassassin restart
/sbin/service spamass-milter restart
/sbin/service milter-geoip restart
/sbin/service milter-greylist restart
/sbin/service sendmail start

Failed as well

init 6
All vps's came back up and all email worked
