It's likely that your server doesn't have a serial number yet. Upon
install of the NewLinQ PKG it's supposed to run a constructor that
calculates and stores a serial number in CODB.

Which didn't happen.

The quick fix is to restart CCEd:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init restart

Then go to "Software Updates" / "BlueOnyx Shop" / "Status Check". Click
on that, wait a minute or two and will be sorted.
