It was one of those RPM dependency problems again which became obvious
when running /usr/sausalito/handlers/base/ssl/le_install.pl from the
command line.

It complained about a conflict between python-tools and python27-tools,
which was resolved this way:

rpm -e python27-tools-2.7.10-1.el6.x86_64
