Yeah, restating the server is a bit extreme. "killall -9 httpd" and
"/sbin/service restart httpd" would have restarted Apache w/o restarting
the whole server. Also: A manual run of "swatch" ("Active Monitor")
might also have resolved it. "swatch" runs automatically every 15
minutes, too.
