Thanks, I'll let you know how it goes! (duh, RTFM... but I really 
appreciate a bit of hand holding!)

I finally figured out the Authentication failed problem I was having. At 
one point I was having problems with a neighbor kid getting in the house 
and I set the alarm panel to send me an email. Time went on and I forgot 
about it and during one of the changes I stopped getting the emails, but 
being a machine it never quit sending them. That was what was causing 
the authentication failures. I noticed it was happening on days we went 
in and out of the house a bunch of times...
