Ages ago I found a hack for sendmail that allows you to check the incoming
IP against a DNS whitelist and it it gets a hit then sendmail doesn't
bother with checking all the DNS blacklists - spamhaus etc, so it's an
override effectively.

Search for dnswl.m4 and it may show up, else I can dig it from a mail
server here for you if it looks to be useful.

I run it against my own whitelist using rbldnsd and then against a couple
of the public whitelists.

I haven't used GeoIP so no idea if this is any use to you.
