[BlueOnyx:20787] AFP & DFix missing licenses?

Hi there, back in Jan 2015 we had our server setup for us and today a client
contacted me saying he can't access anything, we checked iptables (no dice)
then I remember had had APF installed and activated, so went there. we have
the following errors pop up.

 

 

License verification error: NewLinQ could not establish that you have a
valid license to use this product. Please contact BlueOnyx support. <- APF
Firewall

License_mismatch <- Dfix2

 

How do we resolve these?
