Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll publish a fix for this.

In the meantime: Please go to "Server Management" / "Security" / "PHP
Settings" and make sure that under "PHP versions available for virtual
sites:" all installed PHP versions are moved to the lefthand side.

Save the changes (even if you don't make any changes just click on
"Save") and that should solve the problem for you and should allow you
to make changes to the PHP settings of Vsites again.
