[BlueOnyx:21638] Issue with PHP on site

I’m having some issues with a new site, effectively the site will not load properly.

The error_log shows:

php.ini is definitely set as 644, allow url fopen and allow url include, upload filesize and post max size are 32M and memory limit is 64M.

Can anyone assist please?
