Yes, BlueOnyx (as a remnant from its infancy as Cobalt RaQ) uses /login 
and /admin as redirects to get to the GUI rather than to require users 
know how to enter a port number.

The thread at BlueOnyx:17042 addresses how this behavior can be changed 
if you like as well as a suggestion to use the full url (ie 
/login/index.php).   Here's the link for you:

An idea for future BlueOnyx development could be to make the /admin and 
/login redirects.   If that happens to be an idea you are especially
