[BlueOnyx:23534] PHP-7.4.1 is now available in the shop

Hi all,

Today a couple of new PHP versions have been released by php.net and I
built updated PHP 7.2 and 7.3 PKGs for all supported BlueOnyx platforms.

Additionally I built PHP 7.4.1 for BlueOnyx 5210R and 5209R.

I did not (yet) have any luck with rolling up PHP 7.4.1 for 5207R/5208R,
as PHP is complaining about some crucial libraries being too old on
CentOS 6.

The shop product description has been updated and mentions the
availability of 7.4.1 for 5209R and 5210R and also states that - for the
time being - PHP-7.4 may not (yet) be available for 5207R/5208R.
Sometime in January I'll tackle that again and will see if I can
overcome these hurdles and roll out a PHP-7.4 for 5207R/5208R as well.
