One of the required php-fpm services isn't running on your server at
this time.

Please try the following:

/usr/sbin/swatch

That might already fix it by restarting all failed services.

If that doesn't work, go to the GUI of that Vsite in question and change
PHP from "PHP-FPM" to "suPHP" and save the changes. Once that has
completed switch it back to PHP-FPM again and save.

That will update the config files and will restart all required services
as well.
