This worked after running swatch did not. However, this morning I found the
same 503 error, I'm not sure at what point it happened. I am leaving on
suPHP for now. Any ideas? Again, just the one vsite.

Something else noticed, the /wp-admin URL redirects to the BO port 81
login for this vsite. Again, just this vsite, other WordPress sites on
server redirect to WP login correctly. Any ideas on that one?
