This means you don't have generated any keys yet. You can create them
via the GUI. Go to "Server Management" / "Network Services" / "Shell"
(or "Shell & FTP" on 5210R) and there go to the tab "SSH Key/Cert
Management".

Set the "SSH Key Length" as long as you like (the longer, the more
secure), tick "SSH Keys" and "PEM Certificates" and hit save.

That will take a moment and it'll generate the SSH keys and
certificates. Afterwards you'll find them under /root/.ssh/ and can then
use "ssh-copy-id" to copy the public key to the source server of the
migration.
