One last pair of issues, I think.

Additional admin has created, but I'm unable to set them as the owner of any new site created, only admin is listed.

Also, when creating the site, it prefills the IP address with the private IP from the server, however it then fails with the response "The IP address 10.0.0.3 is not allowed, please choose another IP address.".  In the system settings for TCP/IP this is blanked out, even though the network_settings script has been ran and the /etc/is_aws file is in place.
