I just tried and can confirm the issue. The problem is that the wrong
Nginx got installed. The one from the CentOS repository - which suddenly
has an Epoch it didn't have before.

I'm currently rebuilding our Nginx with a higher Epoch and while at it I
also upgrade OpenSSL to 1.1.1d, which came out last month.

I'll let you know when that's published. Should be within the hour.
