[BlueOnyx:24210] phpMyAdmin sscrollbars

There seems to be something wrong with the formatting of phpMyAdmin

on a 5209 machine it's like there is supposed to be horizontal and vertical
scroll bars so you can see all the tables, and view all the coloumns but
they are missing. 

There is a small Hide Panel icon that helps view the
coloumns, but it's not enough, there is still more information on the right
that you can't get to. Resizing your browswer window larger doesn't help
either, the phpMyAdmin window is stuck at a fixed pixel width.
