Something not right ...

I tried to create a new CT on the new 6109R node using the old IP (which is not in use anywhere on the network) but:
/ve.ip_allow data='192.168.10.133': Address already in use

This IP is still embedded somewhere - I assume in CODB.

I will see what Michael says.
