[BlueOnyx:24518] setting MariaDB root password stops RoundCube on vsites => Correction: PHP versioning bug

It turns out the problem was NOT with the reset of the root password.

The problem lies with BlueOnyx/CentOS's handling of PHP versions.

The version of PHP installed when the server was set up was 5.4.
Resetting this version to 5.6 causes no problem.

However, resetting the "default version" of PHP for the server within
BlueOnyx causes problems on most of the vsites, and causes RoundCube to
fail everywhere.

This is despite the fact that the default version of PHP for the
vsites themselves has NOT been changed!

Somehow, BlueOnxy propagates that new default value, without regards to the
values set in the vsite data.

The values actually displayed in the BlueOnyx control do not change, but
the behavior of the system indicates that, somehow, that default has been
used to pollute the vsites.
