[BlueOnyx:25227] PHP-8.1.0 released

Hi all,

A few days ago PHP-8.1.0 has been released.

I just managed to roll up PKGs of it for 5209R and 5210R and these are
now available in the shop.

Please keep in mind that not that many applications support PHP-8.1
already, so rather see this 8.1.0 as a test-bed for things to come. I'm
sure we'll see a few rushed bugfixes for it being published soon over at
php.net - like it's always the case with a new member of the PHP family.
